Animals and Pets: See the Rules and Regulations for information on animals and pets.

Antennas: An exterior antenna will require your submitting a written request for a variance on exterior fixtures before the dish is installed. The antenna may not be permanently attached to the building. Please contact the office for more information before you install your satellite dish. See Rules and Regulations for information on antennas.

Basketball: See the Rules and Regulations for information about the basketball court.

Business use of your Condominium: Business use of your condominium may not be allowed.

Cable TV:Playmor Bernardo is serviced by Time Warner Cable Television. Basic Service and HBO are included in your total monthly HOA fee. By doing this Playmor Bernardo is able to supply you with service at about one half the cost of purchasing it yourself. Go to the Playmor Cable TV page, or go directly to the Time Warner web site.

Clotheslines: Exterior clotheslines are not allowed.

Common Area: The condominium exterior, including the patio and sundeck, is common area. See Private Domain below.

Construction: Construction and modification to the building are not allowed unless permission for the modification has been authorized by the Board of Directors.

Draperies and Window Coverings: See the Rules and Regulations for information on draperies and window coverings.

Garages: See the Rules and Regulations for information on garages.

Guests: You are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

Internet Access: In addition to dial-up service provided by standard telephone connections, Playmor Bernardo is serviced by Time Warner© Road Runner© cable, ISDN and various DSL service providers. Installation and operating costs are your responsibility. Construction modifications to your home will require approval in advance by the Home Owner's Association. Skateboard and Roller Blades: Both are prohibited from interior sidewalks at all times. Their use and restrictions are discussed in the Rules and Regulations.
